I rate zero starts but as I have to put something it’s one, ordered an item online and selected the item to be posted. The postage that was offered was standard flat rate which is a free service, I received a text message saying that my order was ready for collectionI called the store and was advised they would not be posting it as it was only a $5 itemWhen I questioned why this service was offered I’d they weren’t going to post itThey Then told me the delivery option was just a test and wasn’t a service they were providingWhen questioned again,They then told me the system was hacked and the delivery service doesn’t exist.I am absolutely disgusted, yes it is just a $5 item but it is the principal and how this was handled. Disgusting

Called in today 25.06.23. The girl in your shop is one of the most rude and belligerent retail staff members I have come across in a long time.She had no reason to be so rude to me, other than she obviously loathed her job.There are so many jobs out there, why be there and be so obnoxious?She is singlehandedly ruining your business, it’s a really well stocked shop, however I will take my money elsewhere.

The shop has a calm and a positive ambience. The Lady there is helpful and thorough in her advice regarding art supplies and specially very helpful for beginners like me. Pricing is affordable as well. Overall one stop shop for art enthusiasts.

My 9 year old daughter spent ages researching which marker set she wanted, saved up her money from chores and pocket money and dragged us off to the shop.When we got there, the price was 50% more than advertised online. The assistant phoned his boss and then told us that online was a different business (even though it says Find Your nearest Stockist" online).I phoned each of the stores and the price varied by $10 on a $45 product

Very disappointed in the Midland store.I was looking at A6 visual diaries and saw it on the website on special for $2.95.I phoned the shop directly and asked if they had them in stock which they did. Then I confirmed the price of $2.95 which he agreed with.I drove all the way out there to get them and they were $3.95 at the checkout.He tried to tell me that the web price was different then the store price. I asked if I could order it online and then pick it up. He said I had to order in online and pay the postage.This does not make sense. Sounds dodgy to me.Plus he just fobbed me off when I told him I had phoned and checked on the price yesterday.Pretty rubbish service. I was happy to find a shop like this existed after the Riot stores closed.I won't be going back. Not worth it.Also very suspicious that the 5 star reviews below all have the same name.Do yourself a favour and so somewhere else.

It's a shop.The prices aren't ideal, and the staff aren't the most helpful or friendly. The range is okay.Came here to buy polymer clay for a project, the clay was okay, although somewhat overpriced for its quality. Staff were absolutely no help finding it.If you're an artist, and budget isn't much of a problem for you, I'd recommend Jackson's drawing supplies instead, as they have a much better range and service.

Found what I needed however there was 0 customer service. I’m unsure if the young girl working today actually wanted to be there. Just standing at the computer in the corner avoiding me as much as possibleI also had to talk her through what change to give me, and ask for the receipt to be printed and put in the bag.So many businesses are going under and the one thing you can control is your service… I probably would have bought more if I was met with someone who was passionate about what they do and willing to help…

Called in 20 mins before closing time - shut tight and deserted. Called the next day, phone amswered with hello, I had to ask if I had called the right number to be told, yeah I am busy. I said she sounded half asleep and the reply was, yeah!. Sounded tired, disinterested or drunk.

Lady there was very polite and helpful. The eftpos machine went off-line and she couldn't apologise enough about it, so we had a chat about how modern technology is taking over over lives, while we waited for it to come back online.Im not a craft person but this shop has a great range of craft supplies at very affordable prices, and in a great location within the Midland Gate Shopping Centre.
